Terms and Conditions of Sale & Participation

1. General Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets and participation in events organized by Sigma Global LLC ("the Organizer"). By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Age Requirement & Identification

All participants must be at least 18 years of age. A valid physical photo ID (Passport, National ID Card, or Driver's License) may be requested at check-in or by partner venue security staff, and digital copies or screenshots may not be accepted by partner venues. Entry will be denied without refund if valid proof of age cannot be provided.

3. Ticket Policy & Non-Refundability

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another date at least 24 hours prior to the event start time, subject to availability.

The Paris Pub Crawl reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event in the rare occurrence that minimum participant requirements are not met. In the event of a cancellation due to low attendance, registered guests will be notified at least 2 hours prior to the event start time and offered the choice of a date transfer or a full 100% refund.

4. Intoxication, Conduct & Venue Refusal

• The Organizer and partner venue door staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who shows signs of extreme intoxication, aggressive behavior, or illegal substance use.
• In the event of entry refusal or ejection due to conduct or intoxication, no refunds or transfers will be provided.
• Partner venues maintain independent rights under French law to enforce dress codes and entry criteria.

5. Limitation of Liability & Personal Safety

Participants attend the event at their own risk. The Organizer is not liable for personal injuries, lost or stolen personal belongings, or actions taken by third-party partner venues or other attendees. Please consume alcohol responsibly.

6. Photography & Media Release

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that photos and video recordings may be captured by the Organizer during the event. You grant the Organizer a royalty-free, worldwide right to use such media for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. If you wish to opt out, you must notify the event lead upon check-in.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of France.
